Working out with John has been as been really good I like the aspect of doing
something different every time we come in instead of the same same routine
where you get into gym sometimes when you’re working by yourself
I also like working with John because he really paid attention to my form my
breathing which really helps when you’re getting when you’re getting fatigued so
those things can really be a great help when you’re working in the gym I would
recommend John I think he’s good if you’re a beginner or if you’re
experienced he has a lot of experience and he can really he could take an
advanced person and really help them get to the next level or take a beginner and
really help them get to where they want to be
